The campaign includes planning, strategy and tactic development, research, and evaluation.
Learners
Phase 1 - Project Plan: An organization representative will meet with the students to explain your company and project scope.
Phase 2 - Project Execution: Students will prepare a detailed plan for completion of the project and work on deliverables. Teams will periodically communicate with organization representative(s) as needed to complete project tasks.
Phase 3 - Outcome - Report: Students will submit their marketing communications plan to your organization.
Their campaign book will include the following information:
- Situation analysis (Research methodologies, data, and findings).
- Problems and opportunities (SWOT).
- Strategy section (Marketing goal, IMC objectives and strategies).
- IMC tactics section (Creative strategy, recommendations, and plan).
- Implementation section (Budget, schedule, and HR considerations).
- Evaluation guidelines (How will campaign success be measured).

Project Examples
Requirements
Beginning this May, 2-3 groups of seven student-consultants will spend up to 450 collective hours developing a comprehensive advertising and public relations campaign for your organization.
Based on extensive research and analysis, each group will create a unique, tailored plan that addresses a specific challenge or opportunity your organization is facing.
You will be able to implement your preferred plan (or elements of multiple plans) immediately.
Project examples may include, but are not limited to:
- Product re-branding.
- New product or service launch.
- Organizational re-branding.
