It was a pleasure to work with Jai Bajpai. He is personable and was most eager to dive into the work with positive enthusiasm. Given that we are an e-commerce business selling to new moms for their babies and Jai was clearly not part of that demographic, yet he explained his interest and connection to our product offerings with authenticity. To me this demonstrates his ability to connect with people, learn along with us, and support our ambitions as if he were part of our team. He explained the rational behind his recommendations and gave detailed feedback on several sample emails.
