The quality of their presentation was extremely professional, engaging and informative. The use of charts and graphs made it easy to understand the information and visually see differences among our competitors. The segmenting, needs of consumers and concepts of consumers was very interesting to read and provides a lot of insight for us, as does the content suggestions. We gained a lot of insight and their recommendations made good business sense. We look forward to implementing them.
