It was a pleasure to work with Muatasem Altalab. He is personable and was most eager to dive into the work with positive enthusiasm. Given that we are an e-commerce business selling to new moms for their babies and Muatasem was clearly not part of that demographic, yet he explained his interest and connection to our product offerings with authenticity. To me this demonstrates his ability to connect with people, learn along with us, and support our ambitions as if he were part of our team. He provided a detailed report of actions that we can make to improve our website along with the explanation of why these changes would be valuable.
