My internship experience at Exera Solutions Inc. has been truly enriching and rewarding. From the very beginning, I felt welcomed and supported, thanks in large part to the inclusive and accommodating work culture fostered by my supervisor, Rebecca. Her leadership style was not only approachable but also empowering. Rebecca consistently went out of her way to ensure I had meaningful opportunities to learn and grow. She was incredibly flexible with scheduling, always open to setting up meetings so I could ask questions and seek guidance. Her willingness to share her knowledge and provide constructive feedback created an environment where I felt confident and encouraged to contribute. Working under her guidance allowed me to develop both technical and analytical skills in the HR analytics space, and I genuinely appreciated the collaborative atmosphere she helped build.
