Scope:
- Validate software design requirements after gathering information from customer
- Propose prototype design for software product
- Execute feasibility process to ensure customer has the least development cycles
- Test needs to align with test protocols at customers
- Release Source Code to customer past using customer test protocol (not that of development team)
- Present for Approval along with report done in parallel at each stage of project spread over time
Tasks:
- Gather customer SW requirements via customer needs mapping (CNM) process
- Validate CNM with customer
- Chart timeline for SW development process
- Integrate timeline with course deliverables
- Choose SW platform seeking customer concurrence of consequential value
- Compile lessons learned from prior development cycles to eliminate in current cycle
- Validate customer QA testing system prior to choosing SW design platform
- Ensure development stage has "zero unacceptable" bugs prior to release to customer
- Design prototype SW model & install for testing
- Test & list all bugs "outside of unacceptable bugs" (Target: Zero Unacceptable Bugs)
- Release for customer testing & approval
- Compare customer mutual bug reports to ensure test results match with customer's
- Release prototype SW & conclude project success
- Present project execution from "start to bug-free" functioning prototype
- Prepare & present project report per expectations
- Write report in parallel to each stage versus waiting to write at end of the project

Direct involvement in project tasks, offering guidance, and demonstrating techniques.

About the company
As a business process improvement coach & consultant I worked with several corporations in different continents over 31 years. After a successful 6-year work experience at General Electric Corporation, I founded my company in 2000, and have been fortunate to successfully deliver in a variety of industries such as manufacturing, technology, transactional as well as service type environments. Having published scientific & technical articles, including authoring 5 US patents I released my book on Lean Six Sigma in 2011. I converse reasonably in Dutch, and Spanish, the skills of which I acquired during my consulting times. To date, the total annualized direct customer benefits have accrued to several hundreds of millions of dollars across the globe in more than 20 years. I enjoy outdoor activities, and meeting people. I am thankful to my mentor (s), past employers, and my professional network members without which most achievements would have been impossible.
