Scope:

  1. Validate software design requirements after gathering information from customer
  2. Propose prototype design for software product
  3. Execute feasibility process to ensure customer has the least development cycles
  4. Test needs to align with test protocols at customers
  5. Release Source Code to customer past using customer test protocol (not that of development team)
  6. Present for Approval along with report done in parallel at each stage of project spread over time
Deliverables

Tasks:

  1. Gather customer SW requirements via customer needs mapping (CNM) process
  2. Validate CNM with customer
  3. Chart timeline for SW development process
  4. Integrate timeline with course deliverables
  5. Choose SW platform seeking customer concurrence of consequential value
  6. Compile lessons learned from prior development cycles to eliminate in current cycle
  7. Validate customer QA testing system prior to choosing SW design platform
  8. Ensure development stage has "zero unacceptable" bugs prior to release to customer
  9. Design prototype SW model & install for testing
  10. Test & list all bugs "outside of unacceptable bugs" (Target: Zero Unacceptable Bugs)
  11. Release for customer testing & approval
  12. Compare customer mutual bug reports to ensure test results match with customer's
  13. Release prototype SW & conclude project success
  14. Present project execution from "start to bug-free" functioning prototype
  15. Prepare & present project report per expectations
  16. Write report in parallel to each stage versus waiting to write at end of the project

As a business process improvement coach & consultant I worked with several corporations in different continents over 31 years. After a successful 6-year work experience at General Electric Corporation, I founded my company in 2000, and have been fortunate to successfully deliver in a variety of industries such as manufacturing, technology, transactional as well as service type environments. Having published scientific & technical articles, including authoring 5 US patents I released my book on Lean Six Sigma in 2011. I converse reasonably in Dutch, and Spanish, the skills of which I acquired during my consulting times. To date, the total annualized direct customer benefits have accrued to several hundreds of millions of dollars across the globe in more than 20 years. I enjoy outdoor activities, and meeting people. I am thankful to my mentor (s), past employers, and my professional network members without which most achievements would have been impossible.
