Circle Point Wellness is preparing to introduce a new product to the market and seeks a comprehensive analysis and launch strategy. The project involves evaluating the product's potential success by analyzing current market trends and consumer needs. The goal is to develop a detailed scope and launch plan that aligns with the company's objectives and market demands. Students will apply their knowledge of market research, product development, and strategic planning to create a viable launch strategy. The project will focus on identifying target demographics, competitive analysis, and potential marketing channels. This project provides an opportunity for learners to bridge theoretical concepts with practical application in a real-world business scenario.


Currently the company does B2B trainings, however the product looking to launch is a B2C Online Academy. More about the company here.

Deliverables

The deliverables for this project include a comprehensive product analysis report, a detailed scope document, and a strategic launch plan. Additionally, students will provide a presentation summarizing their findings and recommendations. The final report should include market trend analysis, target audience identification, and proposed marketing strategies.
