The main goal for the project is to provide the design of a mechanically engineered device that can be fitted for hospital beds in birthing rooms.


The purpose of the device is to facilitate the birthing process by creating greater efficiency in the birthing process.


The designs should facilitate easy transition to the subsequent phase, which will ultimately include the physical creation of the prototype for the mechanical device.

  

Deliverables

The employer will provide a detailed description of the model that is to be designed. During this initial phase, the sole task pertains to the creation of the designs.


Among other things, the designs will need to have taken into account the hospital beds used in birthing rooms, if they are in any way different from other beds used in hospitals.


Mentorship

I will personally describe the device that is to be designed. This will include details pertaining to added comfort and related features, as well as preferred materials.
