Overall, It was a nice experience to work with the company on this project. I got insights about strategic planning needed in any organizational setting. This course was very helpful in developing my communication skills.

My experience with IITTI’s framework enhanced my strategic leadership skills by engaging employers in structured recruitment, retention, and performance reviews. I observed improved inclusivity and employee engagement, as well as challenges in scalability and change resistance. This reinforced the importance of proactive leadership, accountability, and continuous adaptation in fostering workplace diversity.
