User-Centric Website Redesign and Content Strategy
SharedAim Ltd is the lead supporter of an emerging global not-for-profit organisation called Purposefully Human (PfH). See website for further details - https://purposefullyhuman.com PfH is seeking to enhance its digital presence by redesigning its website to meet its changing focus. Originally conceived to support a small community, PfH now has the aim of making its website the 'go to' resource for information about all aspects of the human side of organisations. The current PfH website lacks some of the necessary functionality, requires more user-friendly navigation and needs to be more effective at engaging its audience. As such, the goal of this project is to create a more intuitive and accessible website that caters to the different needs of a variety of users. In addition to the redesign, the project involves curating and creating engaging content that aligns with PfH's brand and objectives. This content will be integrated into the website and shared across related social media platforms to increase engagement and reach. The project will provide learners with the opportunity to apply their knowledge of web design, user experience, and digital marketing strategies. Key tasks include: - Conducting user research to identify the needs and preferences of different user groups. - Designing wireframes and prototypes for the new website functionality and layout. - Developing a content strategy that includes blog posts, articles, and social media updates. - Implementing SEO best practices to improve website visibility.
The supermarket experience
To what extent should supermarkets focus on using customer experience to provide a competitive advantage? Supermarkets have faced many challenges in recent years including the need to provide customers with multiple ways of shopping. We are trying to understand how influential the experience of shopping is on people's choice of supermarket and journey. The particular focus for this is a human perspective, perhaps best captured by the question, “How does/would that make me feel?”
