Enhanced Property Management Dashboard

Haletale Inc aims to enhance the user experience for property managers by improving their existing dashboard. The current dashboard lacks intuitive navigation and comprehensive data visualization, which can hinder property managers from efficiently accessing and analyzing critical information. The goal of this project is to redesign the dashboard interface to be more user-friendly and visually appealing, while also integrating advanced data visualization tools. This will enable property managers to quickly interpret data and make informed decisions. The project will involve analyzing the current dashboard's shortcomings, researching best practices in UI/UX design, and implementing a prototype that addresses these issues. We at Haletale are constantly working hard to grow and want to better understand our target market and audience as well as the overall market so we can uniquely position ourselves within our industry. The idea behind Haletale is to connect people and make them feel at home. We are an online Co-living platform providing all-inclusive, move-in-ready coliving units for international students and newcomers. Our properties are budget-friendly and have flexible lease dates. Our web app allows users to review properties and potential housemates, and apply and pay rent. Ultimately, you will be working on content creation for our organization, including video, social media, and other collateral that we can use as go-to marketing tools.
