Industry & Education: Collaboration/Partnership Proposal

myBlueprint is licensed by more than 300 school boards across Canada to provide +1 million high school students with the tools they need to research and create a plan for life after high school. They are currently working on a new initiative called the Industry Immersion Series to help create a bridge between industry and the classroom in an effort to help students develop real-world skills in collaboration with real-world companies. During the 25-26 school year, a different company or industry association will sponsor each month and provide an opt-in skill building activity for students to complete, relevant to the company and/or industry. By completing the activity, students will develop relevant skills and content that they can showcase within their portfolio as they apply for future opportunities. Students will also earn the chance to win one of 20 sponsored $500 micro-grants provided by that month's participating company. Micro-grants are like modern day scholarships. Not every student is going to college or university. Not every kid needs to. Yet scholarships are largely reserved for them. Your role with this project will be to research and suggest companies where there could be a potential fit to collaborate with myBlueprint in the Industry Immersion Series.
