To turn this vision into a tangible reality, we are creating the "1000 Healthy Feeds" initiative.
This strategic online initiative is designed to get JOYfuel into the hands of 1,000 Canadian parents (by the end of Q4 2025) so that they can create their first healthy digital media feed for their kids, and also to spread the awareness that parents do have the power to turn the tides of the current mental health crisis, and through the use of JOYfuel they can do so at scale for posterity's sake.
The clear target of this campaign is to get up to 1000 parents to try JOYfuel. And it is an online campaign that requires find potential users and understand what they think as they use JOYfuel
We will launch an outreach campaign via our social media channels and email to our existing community of followers and waitlisted parents, announcing the 2 month free subscription.
To achieve this target, further milestones include:
- Developing a simple campaign plan to find aligned online groups we can reach out to. (Completed within first week of work)
- Implementing that plan.
- Gathering feedback along the way from those already onboarded so we can better understand how to reach even more of them
Providing specialized knowledge in the project subject area, with industry context.
Sharing knowledge in specific technical skills, techniques, methodologies required for the project.
Direct involvement in project tasks, offering guidance, and demonstrating techniques.
Providing access to necessary tools, software, and resources required for project completion.
Scheduled check-ins to discuss progress, address challenges, and provide feedback.
