Creating Graphic Design Assets

Our company has had the same design assets for several years, and although we have enjoyed this branding, we are looking to revamp and update our brand book. This may involve: Creating a new branding guide that is new, but still aligned with our existing branding including fonts, colors, logo usage and imagery to be used. Meeting with the project manager to evaluate the choices made for the branding book to ensure it is aligned with company branding goals, and making any necessary revisions. Designing and presenting thumbnails for design assets (banner ad, illustration, infographic, etc) based on the branding guide to be included in a proposal and presented to the project manager. Executing the full designs for each branding asset using Canva, based on the approved thumbnails. Creating multiple thumbnails with different color schemes based on the colors in the branding guide.

Wellness Infographic Design for Voda Retreats

Voda Retreats aims to enhance the accessibility of self-care practices by developing a series of visually engaging infographics. These infographics will illustrate simple yet effective self-care activities, such as seated stretching, chair movement exercises, candle gazing, and breathing techniques. The goal is to create 15 to 20 infographics that can be used in various settings, including workplaces, homes, and wellness spaces. The infographics should be designed for versatility, allowing them to be printed as posters or shared digitally as PDFs and PNGs. This project provides an opportunity for learners to apply their design skills and knowledge of wellness practices to create impactful visual content that promotes self-care and well-being.

Student Graphic Designer / Visual Content Creator

Role Overview We’re seeking a creative and detail-oriented student to design visually engaging content for social media, websites, presentations, campaigns, etc. You’ll collaborate with our team to translate concepts into polished visuals that align with our brand and goals. Key Responsibilities Create original graphics, illustrations, and layouts for [social media posts, infographics, posters, websites, etc.]. Develop branding assets (logos, icons, templates). Adapt designs for multiple platforms (digital, print, presentations). Stay updated on design trends and tools. Revise work based on feedback. Requirements Current enrollment in a relevant program (Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Media, etc.). Proficiency in design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, Figma, Procreate). Portfolio showcasing creative projects (personal, academic, or professional). Strong eye for typography, colour theory, and composition. Ability to meet deadlines and work independently with mentor guidance. Basic understanding of file formats and resolution requirements. Preferred Skills (Optional) Experience with motion graphics (After Effects, Premiere Pro). UI/UX or web design basics. Photography/video editing skills.
