We would like to collaborate with students to create blog posts that drive more traffic to our website, LinkedIn, and other social media. This will involve several different steps for the students, including: Familiarizing themselves with our goals, target market, products and services. Recommending topics for our blog posts and incorporate some of our strategies. Drafting blog posts relevant to our business to use on website, LinkedIn, Facebook, and other channels. Revising blog posts based on feedback. Bonus steps in the process would also include: Recommending ways to market our blog and incorporate some approaches we provide (as applicable).

Email Marketing Campaign
Our company helps business owners attract, engage, nurture, and retain top performers through innovative HR solutions. We hope to revamp our email marketing to attract more customers. We would like to work with students to design a new email marketing campaign for our company. This will involve several different steps for the students, including: Familiarizing themselves with our companyโs products, email marketing campaign goals and target market. Identifying types of emails and content that our company should send out such as welcome emails, newsletters, and re-engagement emails. Researching factors affecting the effectiveness of email marketing such as when emails are sent and making recommendations. Identifying metrics to monitor throughout the campaign. Bonus steps in the process would also include: Identifying ways to personalize emails for customers based on market segmentation.

SEO and Social Media Strategy Implementation
Our team is looking to take our current social media presence to the next level in order to drive traffic to our pages. To do this, we hope to improve our search engine optimization, and create an optimal schedule for our social media posts to be uploaded. This will involve several different steps for the students, including: Researching keywords to determine the most relevant terms that our customers search for. Researching Search Engine Optimization requirements for us to rank on the first page of Google. Constructing a content calendar to upload social media content for the maximum possible traffic . Creating social media content using the most efficient keywords for our target audience while following the content calendar. Bonus steps in the process would also include: Using our companyโs social media analytics to tailor the current content calendar to our customers activity, rather than general trends

PHASE 3: Sales Process Optimization
This project is meant for students who have previously completed Phase 2 with Mo-Dynamics, and those students will be given priority. Our company is hoping to improve our sales process to improve our ROI and overall operations. In this project, students will evaluate our current sales process, determine bottlenecks, and create recommendations as well as new training materials. Based on research and best practices you will develop new scripts for our sales staff to use to improve the quality and quantity of leads generated and increase the conversion rate. This will involve several different steps for the students, including: Evaluating our current sales process by speaking with sales representatives and examining our handbook and protocols. Researching industry sales processes and lead generation strategies. Create recommendations that will improve our leads and conversion rate. Writing new sales scripts for both phone calls and emails. Creating an updated sales process handbook.
