Website / Product User Testing
Our company would like to explore and find user testing insights on our current website. We believe that insights coming out of these experiments will help us design a better product and offer a better experience to our customers. We would like a group of students to conduct user testing scenarios on our product with a handful of current and potential customers of ours and then report the results back to us. Conducting background research on our existing web application. We are happy to provide a walkthrough and other resources to help bring them up to speed. Identifying key areas of our current product and narrowing down which sections of the product and what scenarios should be tested with the users. Learning about various testing techniques that are currently industry standard and learning how to perform them efficiently and capture feedback well. Intelligent Dietary Filtering System Development
Aeon Stellar Commerce Inc. seeks to enhance user experience by developing an intelligent dietary filtering system for their online platform. The goal is to create a smart discovery flow that personalizes homepage product and outlet recommendations based on individual dietary profiles. This project aims to integrate user dietary preferences into the platform, allowing users with saved profiles to automatically see personalized content. Additionally, users should have the option to clear these filters to explore all available products and outlets. The project will involve designing a user-friendly interface, developing algorithms for dietary preference recognition, and ensuring seamless integration with the existing platform. The system should be intuitive, efficient, and capable of handling diverse dietary requirements, ultimately improving user satisfaction and engagement.

The Home Page now features clear metrics (4+ years, 10+ investors, 50+ employees), a concise "Who We Are" section, and client testimonials, unlike the original’s unstructured content. The Careers Page enhances user experience with job listings, "Apply" buttons, and a new "Why Work at Reefers" section highlighting innovation, benefits, and inclusivity. The About Us Page offers a clear company story, visually organized core values (e.g., Accountability, Innovation), and a professional "Meet Our Team" section. Compared to the outdated, text-heavy original page, the redesign improves navigation, engagement, and content clarity while ensuring a polished, user-friendly experience.
