Pricing / Demographic Industry Survey and Report

Virtual internship for an individual or small team. We need to conduct an industry survey (mostly to measure salaries) but also to capture some demographic data in the copywriting world. We anticipate a successful candidate (or group of candidates) will help design the survey, collect results, and analyze the data to find trends in: • experience • prices charged for a variety of projects • age/racial data • niche data and more If possible, interns would help create an industry report that could be shared on our website as well as content that addresses some of the findings. This is the second year conducting this survey... and we would like this to become an annual project to serve the needs of our industry.

Strategic Marketing

It’s important for us to have a well-defined marketing strategy, one that optimizes our competitive advantage and results in desired conversions. Prospecting Strategy - Evaluate our current customer base and make recommendations for further market penetration for our B2C and B2B offerings; assess our current outreach process and develop and implement targeted prospecting; review our prospect messaging, make improvement recommendations, and create new outreach content. SEO Strategy & Recommendations - Develop and implement an SEO strategy; provide content suggestions and recommendations to increase search visibility; increase our inbound traffic; optimize the customer journey; and increase inbound leads. You'll be working with a fun and collaborative team at Clavis Studio. We will give you access to organizational assets you may need for this project and provide any other support necessary.

We created about 100 unique pages of Canadian towns Top Places to Visit in Your Town. We would like students to help us with writing stories for 1000 Towns blog Top 10 Art Towns, Top 5 Towns to test burger, Top towns to pick up strawberries, etc. The content is aligned with our vision, mission, and sector. We will ensure the student has a clear understanding of what these elements are for our organization. To accomplish this, we expect the student(s) will: Write/publish 4 stories in a month Previously discuss topics with 1000 Towns team Publish a link to the story on social media. Ultimately, you will be working on content creation for our organization. If you like the sound of our culture and enjoyment of travelling off-the-beaten-path and are ready to tackle this challenge with us, then we'd love to hear from you. A student with excellent writing skills and an interest in local travelling would be the ideal candidate for this project.
