It has been a real pleasure to work with CPM Tools Industries Inc. for their Ontario Product Launch Strategy. The collaboration was insightful on the hand tool industry, market entry strategies, and competitive positioning in Ontario. CPM has a strong innovation and strategic growth commitment, which made the project both fun and insightful. They were very open to new ideas and willing to offer valuable feedback that helped create a very collaborative and professional working environment. I have gotten real life experience in market research, competitive analysis, strategic partnerships and geographic targeting through this project which helped me understand real business world issues. You can see the company’s emphasis on quality, sustainability and customer engagement throughout which made for a really positive experience working with such an organization.
