success, resulting in $5000+ in sponsorships and increasing business engagement alongside student retention.
• Mentored a junior developer, developed key website pages and features (e.g., mobile compatibility, navigation), and
streamlined processes through debugging and optimization.

Taught 200+ swimmers and led a lifeguard team of 4 as head lifeguard, demonstrating leadership and

Taught two highly successful junior lifeguard and first aid classes (45 students total) with a 100% passing

- Developed a real-time location-based multiplayer system using Socket.io WebSockets with automatic reconnection handling and optimized location updates at 2-second intervals
- Built fault-tolerant networking with aggressive reconnection strategies and host migration to maintain game
