This initiative is tailored specifically for students with a vested interest in Human Resources, aiming to equip them with a nuanced understanding of the myriad roles crucial for effective project management and operation. By the project's culmination, students should be adept at: 1. Identifying and understanding the significance of various workplace archetypes. 2. Crafting effective training programs to inculcate the soft and interpersonal skills associated with each archetype. 3. Implementing user development tracking systems that associate ranks with skill competencies, using AI tools for measurement and feedback.

Enhancing Mental Health Awareness and Support for BIPOC Communities
The primary goal of this project is to create culturally relevant mental health workshops and mindfulness exercises specifically designed for BIPOC communities, addressing their unique mental health challenges. Additionally, the project aims to develop a comprehensive suicide prevention campaign that targets the BIPOC community, promoting awareness, education, and resources to reduce suicide rates. Both initiatives will focus on culturally sensitive approaches, ensuring that the materials and strategies developed are inclusive, accessible, and effective in supporting the mental health needs of BIPOC individuals. These efforts aim to foster mental health awareness, education, and resilience within these communities.

Caring with Confidence Knowledge Mobilization Initiative for Older Adults
BetterLTC, a not-for-profit organization, aims to enhance the dissemination of knowledge related to caring with older adults across the continuum of care. The project seeks to create engaging and informative content that can be shared through podcasts and social media platforms, such as Instagram. This initiative will help bridge the gap between academic knowledge and practical caregiving strategies, making valuable information accessible to a broader audience. The project will involve researching relevant topics, developing content strategies, and producing multimedia content that resonates with caregivers and community members. By leveraging digital platforms, BetterLTC hopes to foster a more informed and supportive community for older adults. - Research and identify key topics related to caring with older adults - Develop a content strategy for podcasts and social media. - Produce and edit podcast episodes. - Create visually appealing and informative Instagram posts.

I was involved in program planning and handout material, and I designed 20+ worksheets for BIPOC youth, centering around emotional reflection, coping strategies, and goal setting.

I am currently volunteering at an educational workshop program for high school students, implementing a project plan to support health education and improve educational and environmental circumstances for students in low-income areas in Toronto. This is an ongoing project as a component of one of my courses, Health in Community. This project involves research on environmental and social backgrounds regarding several articles and interviews. I also have a profound background in physiology and health research, writing several critical appraisals on scientific research papers, available upon request.
