Online Store Website Design

To gain validated design insights rapidly, we are asking you to research and design a wireframe prototype. You will have access to a member of our management team for direction, clarification, and customer and industry insights. We hope to gain an understanding of the features and design that our target market will expect in the new online store. We want to have a design prototype that is informed by real customer input and feedback that we can bring to a developer for implementation.

Redesign an Internal HR System / Process

As our organization continues to grow, it is important for us to stay up to date with our tools and processes for employee management. We have a desire to focus specifically on our performance evaluation tool. The goal is for this tool to be interactive, user-friendly and relevant to our staff to assist with adoption. We want to use this opportunity to create a preliminary redesign of this tool to ensure targets, goals and performance issues are being documented and called upon. Through this collaboration, we would like to develop a plan that addresses these key areas: The needs and challenges of effective performance management/evaluation Diversity and inclusion audits to help us better preform in the workforce Research and identify performance management options available that might suit the needs of our team A rollout/pilot plan that identifying what our team needs to consider in adopting a new tool

Website Development 2.0

We would like to add more code to our website for our organization. We would like to work with students to develop new pages for us from our already existing website. Students should be prepared to: Conduct a needs analysis to determine which platform is most suitable. Create a design proposal including wireframes or low-fidelity mockups for our company's review. Build a fully-functioning website, with our assistance in providing content and copy. Provide training on updating and maintaining the site.

Research Assistant

The research assistants will support the research initiatives under the guidance of research faculty. Areas of inquiry including: World policy, human development, humanity.

Marketing Strategy Plan

We want students to help us build a marketing strategy plan to grow and engage our target market: The main questions we’d like students to help us answer are the following: How do students currently perceive our brand and marketing, based on publicly available information about our company? What channels should we utilize for promotion, including ones we are not currently using? What budget is appropriate for advertising, given our goals? How could our messaging be updated to better explain our value proposition

Millennial Marketing Communications Plan

In our efforts to target a new demographic of Millennial consumers, we have experienced challenges maintaining a consistent voice across media channels. We want you to assist us in updating our branding in a way that clearly differentiates us from our competitors and serves our target Millennial market. For this project, you will need to: Understand our brand and mission. Conduct research on our users, stakeholders, and competitors. Analyze our competitive landscape.

User Research Study 2.0

We are looking to have students conduct usability tests with 5 pre-identified customers, in order to test our latest prototypes for our next feature launch. We will provide the customer contact information, and will obtain their consent to participate. Students will be responsible for: Interview scheduling Developing a script for the interview Conducting the moderated interview remotely Writing the user research plan Analyzing the results and defining the solutions

Mobile App Development

We want to make an app where we can connect with our donars. We would like to collaborate with students to implement some app updates. These updates will help us provide new features and fix bugs. This will involve several different steps for the students, including: Familiarizing themselves with our platform, products and services. Identifying updates that should be added to our app. Implementing and documenting changes. Recommending areas for future app improvement.
