The main goal for the project is to conduct comprehensive market research to identify potential target markets, consumer preferences, and trends for the multifaceted marketing firm, Melius Deccan. This will involve several different steps for the students, including: - Analyzing the current market trends and consumer behavior in the marketing industry. - Identifying potential target markets and consumer segments for Melius Deccan's services. - Conducting surveys and interviews to gather data on consumer preferences and needs. - Analyzing competitors and their strategies in the marketing industry. - Developing a comprehensive report on the findings and recommendations for Melius Deccan's marketing strategies.

Website Research
The main goal for the project is to conduct in-depth research on website design, user interface, and user experience in order to provide recommendations for improvements to the company's website, Pompei IT Solutions. This will involve several different steps for the students, including: - Analyzing the current website design, user interface, and user experience. - Researching best practices and trends in website design and user experience. - Identifying areas for improvement and providing recommendations for enhancing the website.

B2C Product Launch to New Market Research
As a B2C company, our primary goal is creating products that are closely aligned to our market segmentβs wants and needs, so that we can maximize our sales. We have recently created a new product to increase the breadth of our product line. It will be important to gather information on buying behaviour, experiences, expectations, and perception of both our brand and our largest competitors. Tasks may involve: Creating an unbiased survey with questions regarding consumer experience with our brand, perception of our products/services, and opinions on our competitors. Creating effective conversation questions for customer interviews. Determining the best way to reach customers and how to motivate them to provide feedback on the company (we will distribute the survey accordingly). Analyzing trends within primary data collected through the survey and interviews, and reporting on them.

Product Launch Strategy
We need insights to help anticipate the ramp-up to commercialization and the best approach to go to market successfully with our new product. Initial questions to brainstorm include, but are not limited to: 1. Where in the world is the best place to launch for early success? What is the total market size for this opportunity? 2. With whom should we partner on manufacturing, kitting, packaging, warehousing, and fulfillment? How complex is that and how much will it cost, realistically? 3. Who are our closest competitors and how do we differentiate ourselves? 4. How do we establish our brand: Build awareness, acquire customers, and defend any early success? We are looking to gain alternative perspectives on potential marketing tactics and better understand the current competitive market.
