Business Strategy and Planning for EV charging solutions
One of our business units is developing a solution for Electric vehicle infrastructure capacity building. We want students to help us build a marketing strategy and execution plan to grow and engage our target market: We are strategizing on the BOT( Build operate and transfer) model to large real estate B2B target customers. We’d like to know how we can maximize the use of different channels and get recommendations to improve our messaging. The main questions we’d like students to help us answer are the following: What is a general perception and preference of our target market between owning technology vs outsourcing? Will a BOT model with about 25X multiple references valuation be a trigger point for the real estate industry to change their preference? What channels should we utilize for promotion, including ones we are not currently using? How could our messaging be updated to better explain our value proposition?
