This project will focus on helping the company hire new employees while also enhancing HR efficiency . Students will gain hands-on experience in talent acquisition by assisting with real-world hiring efforts. Actively Source and Recruit Candidates Identify job boards, career fairs, and outreach strategies to attract potential hires. Develop compelling job postings and recruitment messaging. Conduct initial screening or outreach to potential candidates. Improve the Hiring Process Document current hiring procedures and identify bottlenecks. Recommend strategies to reduce hiring time and improve efficiency. Suggest tools (e.g., applicant tracking systems, automation) to streamline recruitment. Enhance Candidate Engagement & Employer Branding Develop materials to showcase SMS Logistic Inc. as an attractive employer. Propose strategies for maintaining candidate interest throughout the hiring process.
