My name is Ashanti T-Mack. I live in NewYork City. I traveled to Florida to have elective surgery and I almost died. I do not want that to happen to any one else. I could not believe how easy it was for women to just do something without proper precaution or proper aftercare. The process was so scary and frightening. I had to figure out a way to help patients so we created Keep It Tight. A Surgical Support Company that provides surgical concierge services such as: short term recovery home care, home care, mobile care, Nemt transportation, and in home post op care services.

The main goal for the project is to manage social media and create wider awareness with content and communication with medical professionals and clients seeking or having surgery. The interns will also be responsible for creating valuable content with the group and learning about the healthcare field, patient care, and the importance of support when having surgery. The interns will work less than 20 hours a week and report to the CEO and COO of Keep It Tight, LLC. The project will involve different tasks such as: - Managing social media platforms and creating engaging content for wider awareness - Communicating with medical professionals and clients seeking or having surgery - Learning about the healthcare field, patient care, and the importance of support during surgery - Collaborating with the intern group to create valuable content - Reporting to the CEO and COO of Keep It Tight, LLC

We would like to collaborate with students to create new email campaigns. This will involve several different steps for the students, including: Familiarizing themselves with our target market, products and services. Recommending new email campaigns and drafting emails. Considering the subject line, clarity, tone, and length of our emails. Recommending a frequency for our marketing emails to doctors and customers. Bonus steps in the process would also include: Recommending email marketing tools. Updated marketing material based on current library.
