This strategy aims to optimize pricing structures and revenue streams in order to effectively monetize the platform's unique capabilities in assessing workplace ergonomics through computer vision technology. Problem Description/Outcome Expectation: Students will be tasked with analyzing market dynamics, competitor pricing strategies, and customer preferences to formulate a comprehensive pricing and revenue strategy tailored specifically to Vergo's SaaS model. By the end of the project, students are expected to deliver a detailed pricing strategy document outlining pricing tiers, subscription models, value-added services, and potential revenue streams. Additionally, students should provide recommendations for pricing adjustments and implementation tactics to maximize revenue generation while ensuring competitiveness and value for customers.

Digital Marketing Intern for Vergo
The main objective of this project is to establish and enhance Vergo's digital marketing presence. The intern will develop and implement strategies for LinkedIn content creation, website content enhancement, and the setup of outreach engagement platforms to boost brand visibility and engagement with potential customers. We recently had a marketing firm conduct a marketing strategy which will help you with messaging.

Musculoskeletal Injury Prevention Pilot Project Phase Two
The main goal of this project is to conduct an integrated evaluation of Vergo's technology, the Rapid Entire Body Assessment (REBA), and other established ergonomic standards in a real-world workplace environment. This involves coordinating and executing the pilot project to assess the effectiveness of Vergo's technology in identifying high-risk postures and preventing musculoskeletal injuries, while also considering its performance in comparison to REBA and other relevant industry guidelines. The project aims to gather data, analyze results, and provide feedback on the platforms' performances, offering insights into their practical utility and impact on workplace safety. This comprehensive assessment will help determine the strengths and weaknesses of each approach and identify opportunities for improvement.

Website Redesign for Vergo: Improving Workplace Ergonomics
Main Objective: The main objective of this project is to redesign and enhance the website for Vergo, a platform utilizing computer vision technology to assess workplace ergonomics. The primary goal is to improve user experience, increase engagement, and effectively communicate Vergo's value proposition to visitors. By the end of the project, learners will have revamped the website to better showcase Vergo's capabilities and attract potential clients. In pursuit of this objective, we recently underwent a Marketing Strategy engagement that involved a thorough website design audit. This audit covered key aspects like first impressions, navigation, content, imagery, mobile optimization, interaction, accessibility, and SEO. As we aim to enhance our online presence and better communicate our mission, we're seeking a student to assist in redesigning and improving our website on the Wix platform. Problem Description/Expected Outcome: Learners will tackle the challenge of redesigning Vergo's website to address various aspects such as first impressions, navigation, content organization, imagery, mobile optimization, interaction features, accessibility, and SEO. The expected outcome is a visually appealing, user-friendly website that effectively conveys Vergo's mission, services, and benefits to users. This revamped website should enhance Vergo's online presence, attract more visitors, and ultimately contribute to the company's growth and success.
