This platform aims to revolutionize smart building management by leveraging real-time sensor data, AI-based anomaly detection, and multi-modal retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) to improve air quality and environmental conditions in commercial and residential buildings. Key focus areas include: Integration with External Data Sources : Connect with public air quality datasets, IoT sensor networks, and corporate environmental reports to enhance IAQ analytics. Localized LLMs with Multi-Modal RAG : Use retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) techniques for analyzing sensor data and generating actionable insights on air quality trends. AI-Agent Solutions for Abnormality Detection : Deploy AI-driven agents to identify air quality anomalies and provide automated handling solutions. Spatial Intelligence for IAQ Optimization : Utilize location-based data to optimize ventilation, HVAC control, and pollutant mitigation strategies . CRM Optimization for Irresistible Cakes
Irresistible Cakes, a growing bakery business, is seeking to enhance its customer relationship management (CRM) capabilities to improve customer engagement and streamline operations. The project involves researching various CRM solutions to identify the most cost-effective option that aligns with the company's needs. Students will create a comprehensive grid comparing the pros and cons of each solution, including the possibility of building a custom CRM through Riipen. Additionally, the project requires cleaning and importing existing customer data into the chosen CRM system, if the CRM is readily available. The team will also assist in setting up email automations, sequences, and reminders to enhance customer communication. Finally, students will explore and implement other functionalities that could benefit the business, ensuring the CRM system is fully optimized for Irresistible Cakes' operations.
